Terms.

1. What you get. $35, paid once, buys one key. The key downloads Shuffle for Plasma’s ready-built packages and their updates, on machines you use yourself, for as long as the update service runs.
2. Who sells it. Shuffle for Plasma is made and sold by Good Input. Stripe takes the payment as reseller and handles sales tax and VAT, so your receipt comes from Stripe.
3. The code is open source. Shuffle’s programs are free software under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later (one file under the GNU Lesser General Public License), as each source file states. Nothing here takes away any right those licences give you. You are paying for the convenience: the builds, the updates and the setup.
4. The artwork is not. Shuffle’s wallpapers, look, window decoration, splash screen and the names “Shuffle” and “Shuffle for Plasma” are licensed to you for use with Shuffle on your own machines. Please don’t redistribute them or use them to present something else as Shuffle.
5. Your key is yours. Don’t share or publish it. A shared key may be switched off: Shuffle keeps working on your machines, but stops updating.
6. Sales are final. There are no refunds. Shuffle is open source software sold for convenience, so check your PC and try the free parts before you buy. Your key and download arrive straight away, so by buying you ask for them at once and agree that you give up any right to withdraw from the purchase, including the 14-day right in the EU and UK. A refunded or disputed payment switches its key off.
7. No warranty. Shuffle is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Good Input is not liable for any damage or loss from using it. Turning Shuffle off in Shuffle Settings, then removing its packages, puts Plasma back as it was.
8. Where it runs. Shuffle is made for KDE Plasma 6.8 on Arch Linux and CachyOS.
9. Help. Support is by email only, at support@shuffleplasma.com. A lost key is sent again to the address you bought with.
