Install Steam

1. Open Discover, the app store: its icon is in the dock. Or open Search (the Windows key), type Discover and tap it. Not there at all? See Add the app store.
2. Click the search box at the top left and type Steam.
3. Click Steam in the results, then Install. Type your password if asked. It's a big download.
4. Click Launch. The first time, Steam updates itself for a minute or two; let it finish.
5. Sign in with your Steam account. Your games are in your library, ready to install.

Most Windows games on Steam play here too. If one won't start, open its Properties in Steam, then Compatibility, and tick Force the use of a specific Steam Play compatibility tool.
